Hello,

My name is Aleksandra Barbara Tabędzka and I am an advocate of the “Wielkopolska Izba Adwokacka”.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the UAM in Poznań, I completed a two-year study of British and European Law – The University of Cambridge – Diploma in “An Introduction to the English and European Union Law” and a postgraduate study in banking at the University of Economics in Poznan. In the years 2010-2012 I was a trainee lawyer at the Wielkopolska Bar Association in Poznań, which was successfully completed by a state examination.

Since September 2013, I have been running my own law office in Poznań, which is part of the TWZ-Adwokaci group. I also work with many law, legal and notary offices as well as numerous specialists, including psychology, banking, insurance and accounting, whose substantive support allows the provision of professional services in many areas of law.

The Law Firm provides services for both natural persons and legal entities: entrepreneurs, capital companies, housing associations, foundations and associations.

Personally, I specialize mainly in family law. However, I am familiar with the issues of broadly understood civil and administrative law. I also act as a defense lawyer.

I deal with legal advice, also in the field of refinancing and renegotiating liabilities to banks.

I successfully participate in negotiations and mediation proceedings supporting my clients and providing assistance and necessary substantive support.

I also provide all legal services in English.
